When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. An Endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Petition today.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate Civil Suit before the competent Civil Court. No costs.
