Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondent. By consent of parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondent to survey and mark the boundaries of the properties of the petitioner comprised in Survey Nos.269, 270/2, 270/3A, 271/13 and 271/14, 310, 336/2, 341 Kerugambakkam Village, Sriperumpudur Taluk, Kanchipuram District by considering the petitioner's applications dated 07.10.2015 and 15.03.2017. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the respondent called upon the petitioner to pay the necessary charges for conducting such survey and such amount was also paid by the petitioner, till this date, the respondent has not conducted any survey. property, as it is for the respondent to consider and decide on its own merits and in accordance with law. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the respondent to consider the applications of the petitioner dated 07.10.2015 and 15.03.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival contentions, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
