O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the defacto-complainant to direct the respondents to file a final report in Crime No.2691 of 2017 at early.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent has registered a case in Crime No.2691 of 2017 dated 31.12.2017 under Sections 406, 420, 506(i) IPC, but, thereafter no steps have been taken for filing final report.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that four weeks time may be granted to complete the investigation and file a final report.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
