... Respondents Prayer:- Contempt petitions have been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for having committed willful contempt by disobeying the order of this Court made in W.P.No.3734 of 2024.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 19.02.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3734 of 2024, thereby directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner, if any future vacancy arise in Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Government Hospital, Tiruchirappalli, for transfer of the petitioner in the post Staff Nurse and dismissed the writ petition. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, if any future vacancy arise, the case of the petitioner will be considered and the petitioner will be transferred to Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Government Hospital, Tiruchirappalli, in the post of Staff Nurse. Therefore, no contempt is made out as against the respondents.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed.
