ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 31.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.22177 of 2023, thereby directing the first respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Record Clerk with effect from 25.10.2019 with all consequential and monetary benefit.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the first respondent vide proceedings dated 30.08.2024. She also produced a copy of the proceeding dated 30.08.2024 before this Court. 3.
