O R D E R

The petitioner is the husband and wife is the respondent. The petitioner-husband filed H.M.O.P.No.155 of 2015 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee for dissolution of marriage and the same is pending. He has come forward with the present Civil Revision Petition for an order directing the trial Court to dispose of the H.M.O.P expeditiously and in any event, within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Though the respondent has been served with notice and her name stands printed in the cause list, she has not chosen to enter appearance either in person or through counsel. The submissions made by Mr.C.Rajan, learned counsel for the petitioner are heard.

3. Considering the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee is directed to complete the trial, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
