A.Nos.2198 to 2200 of 2022 in O.P.No.472 of 2021 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., These petitions are filed by the legal representatives of the deceased respondent praying (i) to condone the delay of 189 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased respondent Mr.Natesan Sankaran (ii)to bring on record the applicants 1 to 3/proposed respondents as the legal representatives of the deceased respondent Mr.Natesan Sankaran as the respondents 4 to 6 in the above OP (iii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased respondent Mr.Natesan Sankaran, in the above OP, respectively. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondents. The appellant in the affidavit filed in support of the petition indicated the reasons for the delay. 3.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing the applications.
