It is the case of the petitioner that though a portion of the property belonging to the petitioner, was originally acquired, no patta has been issued for the balance land situated in Survey Nos.7/8 and 7/9 in Thirunindravur Village, Poonamallee Taluk for an extent of 1249 Sq.ft. Despite the representations made by the petitioner and being acknowledged by the respondent no.2 on 05.01.2015 and 09.02.2015 respectively, no steps have been taken. Therefore, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Considering the same, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the respondent no.2 to hear any third party, if so required.
