COMMON ORDER These revisions challenge the orders of learned Rent Controller (Principal District Munsiff), Kancheepuram, passed in RCOP.Nos.7 of 2014 and 3 of 2015 dated 09.03.2016.

2.R.C.O.P.Nos.3 of 2012, 7 of 2014 and 3 of 2015 regards same property are pending. They are between the same parties and pending before the learned Rent Controller (Principal District Munsiff), Kancheepuram. The property and issues are also the same.

3. Petitioner had filed a memo seeking that all three matters to be tried jointly. Such memo has been rejected by the Rent Controller informing that there has been a direction to dispose of RCOP.No.3 of 2012 within a period of three months.

4. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondents.

5. On consideration of the rival submissions, this Court is of the view that interests of justice would be met by directing the Rent Controller

(Principal District Munsiff), Kancheepuram to try RCOP.Nos. 3 of 2012, 7 of 2014 and 3 of 2015 simultaneously and together. Accordingly, the Rent Controller (Principal District Munsiff), Kancheepuram, is directed to try RCOP.Nos. 3 of 2012, 7 of 2014 and 3 of 2015 simultaneously. These Civil revision petitions, accordingly, are ordered. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
