C.M.P.Nos.13022 & 13026 of 2021 in C.R.P.(PD).Nos.4769 & 4825 of 2017 V.M.VELUMANI,J.

These miscellaneous petitions have been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 5 to 9 as legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent viz., Eswaran Naidu and rank them as respondents 5 to 9 in both the Civil Revision Petitions.

2.Mr.P.Dhananjayan, learned counsel filed vakalat for the respondents 2 to 9. On 13.09.2021, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the respondents 2 to 9 and today also, none appeared for the respondents 2 to 9.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, both the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Civil Revision Petitions.
