ORDER
These petitions have been filed to extend the time for two weeks for executing the sureties and to modify the condition of depositing a sum of Rs.20,000/- towards the account of Cancer Institute, Adayar as per the order of this Court in Crl.OP.No.7333 of 2026 dated 24.03.2026.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while imposing bail condition, this Court had directed to make a non-refundable deposit of Rs.20,000/-. However, he submitted that normally, this Court will not impose such condition when sand was transported through bullock cart, with no previous case against the petitioner. Hence, he prayed to modify the condition as to the deposit of money mentioned in Para 7(c) of the order in Crl.OP.No.7333 of 2026 dated 24.03.2026 and to extend the time for two weeks for executing the sureties.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 7(c) of the order dated 24.03.2026 passed in Crl.OP.No.7333 of 2026 dated 24.03.2026 is relaxed and two weeks time is
extended to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.7333 of 2026 dated 24.03.2026, from the date on which, the order copy made ready, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stand automatically cancelled.
