ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) Earlier, this Court by an order dated 29.09.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15272 of 2020 directed the Trial Court to speed up the trial and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of resumption of normal functioning of Courts. Now, the Trial Court could not complete the trial within a time fixed by this court. Hence, the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chengalpattu sent a request seeking for extension of time, wherein it is stated that one of the accused turned approver, the case has been split up and nonbailable warrant was also pending against A1. Therefore, she was not in a position to complete the trial within time, and sought some more time to complete the trial.

2. Considering the request made by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chengalpattu, time granted by this Court is extended by three more months from today.
