(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) In view of the stand of the learned Government Pleader that the authority concerned is the Executive Engineer, Water Resource Organisation, Villupuram, and in view of the fact that there appears to be no proper representation before filing of this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition to move a proper representation to the authority concerned aforementioned as well as the Tahsildar, Vikravandi Taluk, Villupuram.

2. We would expect on such representation being received, the authority concerned will take a decision on the same, after notice to all concerned, within one month of the receipt of the representation.
