This Contempt Petition is filed by complaining that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.21326 of 2018 dated 21.08.2018 has not been complied with.

2. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.21326 of 2018 dated 21.08.2018 has been complied with by passing an order dated 16.09.2019.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed, however, by granting liberty to the petitioner to work out their remedy against the said order, if the same is passed adverse to the interest of the petitioner, before appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
