ORDER

These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions filed to extend the time for a period of two weeks for executing the sureties, as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7334 of 2026 dated 24.03.2026; and to modify the condition that the petitioner shall made a non refundable deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) towards Cancer Institute (WIA), Adyar, in Crl.O.P.No.7334 of 2026 dated 24.03.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court generally will not order cost for transporting the river sand in bullock carts. In this case, the river sand was transported in bullock cart and the petitioner has no previous case.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has no serious objection for the condition being relaxed.

4. Considering the above and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner was not seriously objected by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed by this Court in para No.7(c) in Crl.O.P.No.7334 of 2026 dated24.03.2026 is totally relaxed and the time is

extended for a period of two weeks to execute the sureties.
