Heard Ms.V.Alamuelu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Karthik Mukundan, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction upon the respondent to consider her representation under reference No.8/2014 dated 03.05.2014 received by the respondent on 06.05.2014 and consequently to furnish the certified copies of the letters sought in the representation dated 02.09.2013.

3. According to the petitioner, the partnership firm was given contract by the respondent institute to provide security service and the contract was terminated. Now the petitioner claiming to be the Joint Partner of the firm has submitted a representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and sought for details, which according to the petitioner, is for the purpose of questioning the correctness of the termination order. The petitioner made a request in this regard and the respondent by the reply called upon the petitioner to show her status in the firm, as she is not the signatory to anyone of the papers submitted to the respondent. The petitioner submitted the Business Agreement dated 07.08.2008 to show that she is the Joint Partner of the firm to the respondent. But she was not provided with the copies of the documents, sought for.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Institute submitted that the respondent addressed the Managing Partner by communication dated 10.09.2014 informing about the letter sent by the petitioner and request made by her seeking certain copies of documents and confirmation of her status was sought for from the Managing Partner of the firm. However, he would submit that no reply has been received by the respondent to the above communication.

In the light of the above facts, without going into the merits of the petitioner's contentions, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and inform her in writing as to the present state of affairs so as to enable the petitioner to workout her remedies in the manner known to law. The above direction shall be complied with within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
