The Criminal Revision filed under Section 397 read with 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure to call for records in order in CRP.No.24 of 2012 dated 30.01.2013 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode, and to set aside the same.

ORDER

The criminal revision has been filed against the order dated 30.01.2013 made in CRP.No.24 of 2012 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode, wherein a direction was given to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathyamangalam to get an undertaking from the petitioner and further directed the Prohibition Officer to proceed with the confiscation proceedings against the petitioner. When the criminal revision is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the authority has passed the final order of confiscation by an order dated 12.10.2012 itself.
