O R D E R

Mr.C.Munusamy, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent.

2. Mrs.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the second respondent.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up and disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

4. The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that she applied for the post of Computer instructor in the year 2015 and on 01.03.2015, she was called for certificate verification. Since, her B.Ed., graduation is from Jammu University, the first respondent asked for the equivalent certificate during certificate verification, but the same could not be produced by her on the said date. Thereafter, she applied to Jammu University seeking copy of syllabi and course of study for B.Ed.,degree. In the mean time, she requested the first respondent vide letter dated 15.09.2015 to keep one post vacant for her till she gets the Syllabi and courses of study from Jammu University. In the meanwhile, the petitioner having received the same sent a lawyer's notice dated 12.07.

2018, enclosing the aforesaid documents, to consider her case, by treating her B.Ed Degree as equivalent to B.Ed. degree of Madras University and appoint her as computer instructor in any one of the Government Higher Secondary Schools. Since, no action on the same has been taken, she has come to this Court seeking for a direction to the first respondent to appoint the petitioner as a computer instructor in one of the higher secondary schools under the second respondent.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent as well as the learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the second respondent.

6. Needless to say that the recruitment is of the year 2015 and the petitioner then admittedly has no equivalent certificate. The Syllabi and courses of study for B.Ed from Jammu University was obtained only in the year 2018. Therefore, this Court does not find any prima facie case in favour of the petitioner. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed, at the stage of admission. No costs.
