ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders on the appeal filed by him dated 25.7.2015, against the order of the 2nd respondent dated 27.5.2015, in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has filed the appeal as early as on 25.07.2015, the same has not yet been disposed of by the first respondent.

3. Mr.Era.Premnath, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondents submitted that the first respondent may be directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, after conducting enquiry.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 25.07.2015, filed by the petitioner, as against the order passed by the second respondent dated 27.05.2015, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
