CRIME NO.889/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition order dated 23/03/2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3765/2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24789/2021 directing the petitioners to appear before the investigating officer on 1st working day of every month @ 10.30 a.m., until further orders and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.P.ARTHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.3765 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24789 of 2021 on 23.03.2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer on 1st working day of every months at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
