ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the 1/4
petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.6533 of 2025 dated 07.03.2025 that the "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders".
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the marriage of the petitioner is fixed on 06.06.2025 and he has complied the condition without any violation and hence the condition may be relaxed.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition for 47 days from 07.03.2025 and investigation is completed and charge sheet has also been filed.
4. Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.6533 of 2025 dated 07.03.2025, that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" is relaxed in toto.
