Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to release the pending payment of Rs.16,68,000/- for the Pulse Oximeters distributed during the COVID-19 Pandemic, which was duly supplied as per the instructions of the 1/6

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. This writ petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to release the pending payment of Rs.16,68,000/- for the pulse oximeters, distributed during the COVID- 19 pandemic, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2024, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.
4. The petitioners' Medical company supplied 1500 pulse oximeters to the respondents during Covid Pandemic. As the petitioner was not paid the cost for 2/6
the quantity of pulse oximeters supplied by it, the petitioner submitted a representation to the first respondent. The first respondent in order to take appropriate action for payment of the amount, sought for proof of non-payment from the concerned Municipalities, Town Panchayats and all Block Development Officers.
5.Eventhough, the petitioner submitted the proof with great difficulty, the respondent failed to make the payments. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation to the first respondent on 18.12.2024, with a copy to the second and third respondents. Since, there was no response from the respondents, the petitioner filed the above writ petition for the above relief.
6. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even though several grounds were raised in support of the writ petition, he would restrict his prayer for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2024 .

In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner's counsel, a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
8. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
