Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.95, Human Resources Management (FR-IV) Department, dated 26.10.2023 by the first respondent quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to implement G.O.Ms.No.37, dated 10.03.2020 Personnel and Administrative Reforms (FR-IV) Department as clarified by G.O.Ms.No.116 Personnel and Administration Department dated 15.10.2020 by granting petitioners with incentive increment based on the pay matrix and not as a Lump sum amount.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.95, Human Resources Management (FR-IV) Department, dated 26.10.2023 by the first respondent quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to implement G.O.Ms.No.37, dated 10.03.2020 Personnel and Administrative Reforms (FR-IV) Department as clarified by G.O.Ms.No.116 Personnel and Administration Department dated 15.10.2020 by granting petitioners with incentive increment based on the pay matrix and not as a Lump sum amount.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court had already dealt with a similar issue in WP.Nos.1605 of 2023 and batch and this Court, by an order dated 29.01.2024, dismissed the writ petitions.

4. Therefore, in the light of the order passed by this Court in WP.Nos.1605 of 2023 and batch, dated 29.01.2024, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
