The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that during pendency of this petition, investigation has been completed and that a chargesheet was also filed and based on the same, a case in C.C.No.269 of 2015 was taken on file on the file of the Additional District Munisif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Ambur, and subsequently, the said case was disposed of on 16.08.2018 and all the accused were acquitted. He has produced a copy of the judgement passed by the learned Additional District Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate, Ambur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed.
