C.M.P.No.11515 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.20515 of 2022 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 422 days in paying the deficit Court fee in the above C.M.A.SR.No.20515 of 2022.

2. I have gone through the affidavit in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 422 days is condoned.

3. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents counsel at the time of admission. Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
