The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to withdraw the investigation relating to Crime No.4 of 2014 on the file of the

3rd respondent and transfer the investigation to C.B.C.I.D or any other investigating agency to investigate the case in detail and file final report.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on completion of investigation, already charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kanchipuram and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.66 of 2014. The trial has been commenced and seven witnesses have been examined so far.

3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

4. Since charge sheet has already been filed, C.C.Number has been assigned and trial has been commenced, nothing survives in this petition and hence the prayer in the petition has become infructuous. Therefore, this petition is dismissed.
