These applications are filed seeking extension of time to complete the proceedings by Respondent No.2.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

3. Earlier, this Court vide order dated 08.02.2019 had extended the time till 30.04.2019 to conclude the arbitration proceedings. It is now stated that the final arguments were completed by both sides on 10.04.2019 and the final award needs to be passed. As the mandate of the Tribunal has expired, the parties have prayed for extension of time for conclusion of arbitration proceedings.

4. Accordingly, with the consent of learned counsel appearing on both sides, time for completion of the arbitration proceedings and to pass an Arbitral Award is extended by two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the parties are directed to cooperate for completion of the proceedings and enable the tribunal to pass an award within a period of two months.
