Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd Respondent herein to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 03.06.2021 to register petitioners complaint as conferred in the Registration Act 1908 against 6-12 respondents who had fraudulently included petitioners property of Kathasdar No. 777 and further to enquire on the same to correct the records appropriately in the records of the 2nd respondent.
