ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to rectify the error with respect of the date of birth which has been wrongly mentioned as 14.08.1971 instead of 14.06.1971 in the passport bearing No.U9531388 dated 08.03.2021.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent on instructions, submitted that if the petitioner produces all the relevant original certificates, the respondent will consider the claim of the petitioner and pass orders on merits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also agreed for submission of the original certificates before the respondent for verification.

4. While recording the statements so made by the learned counsel on either sides, the petitioner is directed to produce all the the required documents in support of her claim, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such production, the respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

5. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
