ORDER

This writ petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus seeking to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2022 and thereby direct the 2nd respondent to issue patta in the name of petitioner in respect of the property situated in Survey No.313/1 - 0.35 Hectares, S.No.314/1 - 0.29.5 Hectares, S.No.336/2C - 0.25 Hectares, S.No.321/2 - 0.63.5 Hectares, S.No.321/3 - 0.8.0 Hectares, S.No.322/1B - 35.0 Hectares and S.No.321/3 - 3 HP Pump Set, Well and etc., totally to an extent of 4.84 acres, Rajapuram Village, Odhiyathur Madura, Anaikattu Taluk, Vellore

District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 14.06.2022, the second respondent/Tahsildar had issued patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of S.Nos.313/1, 314/1 and 336/2C. In respect of other survey numbers, the patta was rejected, since a suit was pending before the Civil Court with regard to the said survey numbers. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.AA3/1439/2022 dated 27.06.2022 issued by the second respondent/Tahsildar to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission, no further order is required in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
