The miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1071 days in filing the petition for restoration of the writ petition.

2. In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay of 1071 days stands condoned and this petition is ordered on condition to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee, on or before 15.09.2023, failing which, this petition would stand dismissed automatically.
