Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the first respondent in G.O.(2D) No.48, School Education (X2) Department, dated 21.07.2004 and to quash the same in so far as the prescription of minimum land area is concerned and consequently, direct the respondents to grant temporary recognition to the petitioner school established prior to 21.07.2004 for standards I to X under the provisions of Code of Regulations of Matriculation Schools in Tamil Nadu within a time frame
to be fixed by this Court.
