J.SIVASANKARI Vs N.SENTHILKUMAR [ RESPONDENT IN BOTH THE PETITIONS ] to grant an order of injunction restraining the respondent, his men, agents, servants, subordinates etc. from in any manner from further putting up construction in the schedule mentioned property viz., at Old Plot No.10, New No.11, Dr.Radhakrishnan Nagar, 1st Street, Old Washermenpet, Chennai - 600 021. (in CMP.13127/2018) in AS.NO.279/2015 and;

(Xerox copy attached in Schedule of Property) (ii) to punish the respondents for committing breach of the lawful orders f injunction granted by this Honourable court on 29.04.2015 and to punish and restore the building to its original status (in CMP.13128/2018) in AS.NO.279/2015 respectively. Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SRIRAM, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitios and of M/S.CHOPRA Advocate on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:-
