This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the the respondent to dispose the petitioner's patta transfer application No.2022/0103/12/382967 dated 01.06.2022 and transfer 1/3

the patta.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'For Issuance of Patta', the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the petitioner's representation for issuance of patta has been considered and the same was rejected.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
