(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.12272 of 2020 order dated 14.08.2020 viz. 'the petitioner shall stay at Nagapattinam and report before the Nagapattinam Town Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders'.

2. Heard both sides.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions. 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioners is directed to appear before the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi on the 1st working day of October 2020 and thereafter, on all hearing dates as fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned.
