This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to take action against the culprits on the complaint dated 02.01.2018, which is pending before the 2nd respondent through Central Crime Branch, Chennai, according to law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan (supra).
