O R D E R
In the instant petition, on 14.02.2025, this Court [Mr. Justice. C.V.Karthikeyan], passed the following order:- " The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent stated that the first respondent is prepared to execute the sale deed as originally agreed in favour of the petitioner herein.
2. The matter now rests entirely with the petitioner to accept for the registration of the sale deed in his favour.
3. List the matter on 06.03.2025 for the parties to inform whether both have consented for execution of the sale deed. The second respondent may proceed further by filing the final report before the competent Court and report that fact also on 06.03.2025."
2. In view of the above order it is desirable that the matter is heard by the very same learned Judge. Hence, the Registry is directed to obtain necessary orders from the Hon'ble the Chief Justice, and do the needful. 01.04.2025 klt 2/4
