A.Nos.2461 to 2463 of 2021 E.P.Nos.2 to 4 of 2020 A.Nos.2461 to 2463 of 2021 E.P.Nos.2 to 4 of 2020 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., On 14.10.2020, the learned Master passed an order directing the Judgement Debtor to pay 50% of the decreetal amount in the Execution Petitions within four weeks, failing which the Decree Holder may take steps for attachment by filing batta memo, against which, the applications were filed before this Court in Application Nos.2663, 2664 & 2665 of 2020 and this Court vide order dated 10.11.2020, directed the applicant to deposit 25% of the decreetal amount. According to the applicant, the order of this Court dated 10.11.2020 was complied with. Subsequently, this Court vide order dated 13.04.2020, directed the applicant/Judgement Debtor to make payment of a sum of Rs.7,03,94,092/- towards execution of Arbitral Awards on or before 20.04.2022. The said order was not complied with and therefore, this Court vide order dated 21.04.2022, has passed an order of attachment and granted liberty to pay the batta for attachment.

3. In view of the above, since the attachment is already ordered, this Court is of the considered view that no further order is required. Hence all these applications are closed.
