Advocate (Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- There is no representation for the petitioner. It is a third anticipatory bail petition.

2. The petitioner is one of the accused in the case of attempt to murder one Sindhu @ Indumathi in retaliation of murder of one Kumaran. Out of six accused, five of them were already arrested and in jail. This petitioner is absconding.

3.The specific allegation against this petitioner is that he was entrusted to keep surveillance over the victim lady and passed an information to the assailants for them to choose the place to attack the victim. Accordingly, this petitioner on the date of occurrence i.e., on 02.04.2022 at about 9.15 p.m., when the victim and her associate left the beauty parlour and returning back, this petitioner having surveillance over her and informed to the three assailants about her movement. They had found the appropriate place to attack her and brutally attacked her with deadly weapon. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The confession statement of assailants clearly implicate this petitioner and the injury sustained by the victim indicates that it was an attack aiming at her life.

5. This Court on perusing the Case Diary is of the opinion that unless and until the petitioner is secured and taken into custody, the chain of investigation will not get completed. Hence the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
