The petitioner herein seeks a writ of Mandamus forbearing the third respondent from interfering in the day to day activities and discharge of petitioners duty as a hereditary trustee of Arulmegu Sri Sri Chenroyaswami Temple situated at Kondakinda Palli, Tirupattur Taluk, Tirupattur District till the expiry of petitioner's tenure (17-07-2021).

2. It is seen from the prayer that the tenure of the petitioner is already over on 17.07.2021 and therefore, the prayer sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
