This writ petition has been filed to quash the Proceedings in Letter Na.Ka.No.1343/2015/I-1 dated 22/9/2016 passed by the respondent.

2. Heard Mr.R.Vivekananthan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Gopal, learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in similar matters, this Court, vide, order, dated 11/7/2022, in W.P.Nos.9837 and 9840 of 2022, directed the District Revenue Officer, to go for auction to realise the amount and also held that interim order of attachment passed by the Government shall hold till the matter is settled. To substantiate his submission, he has produced the copy of the abovesaid order. He further submitted that in view of the abovesaid order, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
