Company Application No.198 of 2020 in Company Application No.14 of 2020 in M.SUNDAR, J Mr.P.Elaya Rajkumar of M/s.Ramalingam and Associates (Law Firm), counsel on record for applicant, Mr.Bavisetty Sridhar, learned 'Deputy Official Liquidator' (hereinafter 'Deputy OL' for the sake of brevity) representing the Official Liquidator (first respondent) in captioned application and Mr.K.Srinivasamurthy of M/s.Row and Reddy (Law Firm) on behalf of second respondent in captioned application, which is a Trade Union, which is sought to be impleaded, are before me in this web hearing on a video conferencing platform.

2. Before this Court proceeds further, it is deemed appropriate to record that Mr.N.S.Santhosh of M/s.A.K.Mylsamy Associates (Law Firm) has joined the web hearing, learned counsel submits that they were appearing for 'Sree Uma Parameswari Mills Ltd.' (hereinafter 'said Company' for the sake of brevity), but they have given change of vakalat. This is recorded and in any event, it is not of much consequence as the said Company is now under 1/3

liquidation in the main Company Petition and 'Official Liquidator attached to this Court' (hereinafter 'OL' for the sake of brevity) has stepped into the shoes of said Company. However, Registry is directed to not to show the name of Mr.A.K.Mylsamy and his co-counsel from the next listing.

3. Reverting to captioned application, learned Deputy OL representing OL and learned counsel for Trade Union submit that they have no objection/opposition to this application being allowed.

4. In this backdrop, this Company Court, having perused the affidavit filed in support of instant application, having been satisfied that the prayer is not only innocuous, but imperative, finds that captioned application is to be allowed.

5. Captioned application allowed. Consequential amendments shall be carried out within a fortnight. There shall be no order as to costs. 25.09.2020 kmi 2/3
