The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the entire acquisition proceedings has lapsed and the petitioner is entitled to take advantage of Section 25(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. The learned counsel therefore submitted that the present writ petition may be permitted to be withdrawan with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition by claiming for the substantive relief.
2.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
