These two applications have been filed seeking extension of time to execute the bond in TOS No.40 of 2001 and to allow the sister of the applicant to execute the bond as the Power Agent of the applicant, since the applicant is residing at United States.

2. Heard Mr.Haja Mohideen Gisthi, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr.Sai Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. Mr.Sai Prasad, learned counsel would submit that they have already been filed an Appeal against the decree in Testamentary Original Suit and the same is pending in OSA No.209 of 2021. The same need not detain the Court from looking into these applications which are only formal in nature.

4. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, both these applications are allowed as prayed for. The time granted for executing the bond is extended by six weeks from today. 02.11.2021 jv Page No.1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
