O R D E R

These writ petitions have been filed seeking for the following directions viz., (a) to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.03.2020 against the 2nd respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court and (b) to forbear the 2nd respondent from taking any coercive action based on the notice dated 25.01.2021 till the disposal of the aforementioned complaint.

2. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent has placed before this court an order dated 13.07.2020 passed by the 1st respondent, subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, closing the complaint of the petitioner. The same is recorded.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the above mentioned order dated 13.07.2020 passed by the 1st respondent in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, both the writ petitions are disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 13.07.2020 passed by the 1st respondent in a manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
