This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.5509 of 2022 on 22.03.2022 to report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., 1st and 15th of every month, until further orders.

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
