2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the charge sheet is yet to be filed before the XI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai and the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16064 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.16771 of 2024 vide order dated 19.11.2024 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required by the respondent police.
