ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to take action against the 2nd respondent for demanding of Kanthu Vatti and recover the original documents of the petitioner's property from him on the complaint dated 29.12.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.In view of the order passed by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., -Vs- The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.

Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan (supra).
