This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.814 of 2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, D1 Chengalpet Town Police Station, Chengalpet, Kancheepuram District.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case has been registered against the petitioner for the alleged offence under Sections 406 and 420 IPC in Crime No.814 of 2013 and it is under investigation.
3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, I am of the opinion that the present petition is premature in nature. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition after filing final report. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
