Heard Mr.B.Natarajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. 3.The learned Government Advocate pointed out that the petitioner seeks for patta in respect of the land in Salem District and the authorities who are shown as respondents in the writ petition are the District Collector, Kancheepuram District and the Tahsildar, Tirukazhukundram Taluk.

4.In the view of the above submission, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition by impleading the correct respondents.
